our team members
We will try our very best so they align with your preferred communication style, experience and area of need because support should be supportive, not stressful.
we'll work with you
If for any reason you don’t feel comfortable with your tutor / trainer / mentor we will happily, without question find somebody else in the team to support you.
reach out your way
We like to keep things as easy as possible, so there's no long forms, no complicated steps and no bots! You will always speak to a member of our team.
Support. Confidence. Achievement.
Diverse Learners was founded on the belief that with the right support your self-confidence grows giving you the ability to achieve your personal or professional goals.
Our knowledge comes from our own lived experiences, qualifications and continued professional development.
Everyone on our team is either neurodivergent and / or disabled, living with a long-term health or mental health condition and / or a carer so we truly understand how life can effect work and study and visa versa.
Whilst we work across multiple sectors, we specialise in healthcare and education. Supporting students, clinical needs educators, practitioners and organisations to create inclusive learning and working environments.
We’re also proud to be an LGBTQIA+ inclusive organisation where individuals are respected, supported and celebrated, with many of our team members part of this community.

Meet Our Founder, Kerry Pace
Kerry brings a wealth of professional and personal experience. She has ADHD and Dyspraxia, C-PTSD and a number of long-term health conditions. She is mum to two grown up children who both have Dyspraxia, ADHD and Autism alongside complex health conditions.
Therefore, Kerry understands first-hand the importance of accessible, person-centred support and how exhausting being a disabled person can be.
Kerry has worn many hats, student, educator, researcher, practitioner and carer and uses her lived experience to shape everything Diverse Learners offers.
Kerry founded Diverse Learners in a field at the Tribe of Doris, a multi-cultural festival. It's culmination of four research projects at the University of Hull regarding inclusive practice for Healthcare students at University and on placement.

"Kerry has immense knowledge and experience in relation to supporting students on clinical placement. She is enthusiastic and encouraging and my colleague and I have learnt so much from her."
