Booking Terms: Payment must be made in advance of the training date. No payment, no training. A Zoom link to the training will be issued once payment has been received.
The Zoom link to the training cannot be shared. Bookings can be transferred to another individual with consent from Diverse Learners. Bookings can be transferred to another Diverse Learners training date, with consent from Diverse Learners.
Cancellation Terms: Cancellation notice must be given via email or text more than 14 days before the event, after 14 days no refunds will be given. Bookings can be transferred to another individual or to another training dates.
